At Beach Access Software we know that some people can have a 10-minute conversation with us and know this is the right system for their operation; others want more detail about the application before making a decision.

So from this page you can request a free, full working copy of E-Z-MRP complete with the manual. The license for this downloaded version will be good for about 30 days, and can be extended upon request. Create as complex a Bill of Materials as you wish. Enter and execute production and procurement plans as far into the future as you like. Define and load your work centers. Print your Purchase Orders.

You have three options:

1. E-Z-MRP is written in Microsoft Access. So if you have Access (Access 2000 or later), we will send you the 5 megabyte version. Although the program itself is compiled and cannot be modified by the user, the 'back end' where your data is stored is wide open. So if you know a little about Access, you can see how easy it is to write your own custom queries and reports.
   
2. The “run-time” version of E-Z-MRP does not require Microsoft Access. The installation program is about 75 megabytes in size. And again, it runs just like a live unrestricted copy.
    

   (Both the Access version and the "run time" version come with the full user manual. Both systems are self-installing, and self-training through tutorials in the manual.)
